Ram Air Restoration Ent. Inc. values every customer relationship we establish. We maintain a privacy policy to safeguard all information entrusted to us by our customers. Accordingly, we will not sell or share customer’s personal information with any outside entity or third party. Occasionally, where required, we will drop-ship directly from one of suppliers to our customers. This drop-ship process only uses “ship to” information. No compromise of credit card or other personal identity ever occurs.

We use analytic and reporting technologies to record non-personal information such as internet domain and host names, internet protocol addresses, browser software and operating system types and dates and times you access RAMAIRRESTORATION.COM.

We may disclose your personal information to prevent an emergency, to protect or enforce our rights, to protect or enforce the rights of a third party (i.e. our drop shipping supplier) or as required /permitted by law.


We want our customers to be delighted with their purchase from us. During a period of 90 days after sale/invoice date, RARE will replace defective products caused by manufacturing errors at our cost via most economical shipping means from standard product availability. RARE will accept returns after 90 days from sale date for items that are in warranty. Return & replacement shipping is customers' responsiblility.

RARE is not responsible for any damage “in transit” or from customer handling or installation (includes customers’ “agent or third party” handling or installation). Responsibility for compliance with all state and federal laws concerning the legal installation and use on vehicles for “on-road” purposes is borne by the consumer. RARE is not responsible for any legal or material damages resulting from any use of these products.

We will accept unused products for return up to 120 days from sale/invoice date. Customers returning product during this time period for reasons of customer convenience will be charged 20% re-stocking fee. No refunds are given for shipping charges. No returns will be accepeted after this period.

All returns must receive a “return authorization” from RARE either by phone or email. This number must be presented on the return for processing.
